Instructions:

Step1: Line up narrow side of tape with flooring edge and press

Step 2: Press center blue area of tape slightly into expansion space

Step 3: Press upper, wider area of tape lightly onto wall

Step 4: Create flaps at corners as shown.

Step 5: Use a rigid card to press out air bubbles and bond tape to floor and wall

Step 6: Install quarter round or baseboard per instructions
